Do I need to pay for Loqui?
Loqui is still in beta mode, where we're offering our services free of charge. To ensure we can keep providing top-notch service, we request a small 6% commission from each booking, which goes towards covering our operational costs.
Is Loqui safe to use?
Loqui is a secure and reliable tool that operates on a state-of-the-art technical infrastructure. We prioritize the safety and privacy of our users by partnering with trusted payment facilitator Stripe, ensuring secure and seamless transactions. Our online video consultations are supported by world-class video infrastructure providers, guaranteeing a smooth and confidential experience while safeguarding your valuable data. As a condition of use, both service providers and users of Loqui are required to comply with our terms & conditions and privacy policy.
Do I need to have my own business to create a Loqui account?
Absolutely not! Loqui welcomes freelancers with established business entities, as well as individuals who simply want to create and share consultations with their immediate network. During the onboarding process, you have two options: "Automatic Payment" or "Connect to Stripe." While we highly recommend connecting your account to Stripe for seamless payment and invoice management, you can also opt for automatic payments, where your consultation funds are directly deposited into your banking account. Payments typically take 2-5 working days to process.
